Alia Bai’al Taqsit (ABT)

On 21st May 2017, Alia Investments Pvt Ltd officially launched Alia Bai’al Taqsit (ABT), the new Islamic Financing scheme. 

On a ceremony hosted in Champa Central Hotel, ABT was officially launched by the Minister of Home Affairs, Mr. Azleen Ahmed.   

The most significant change in ABT when compared to Alia’s previous Islamic Financing scheme is that customers who rent our products such as Motorcycles can get them registered on their name upon making the first payment. As such, customers can purchase the motorcycles with the ‘P’ board instead of the conventional ‘C’ board.

Training programs were conducted by Alia’s Shari’a Advisory Committee, before the scheme was launched in order to enlighten our staff on the details of ABT. 

ABT will be implemented from 01st June 2017 onwards.
