Associate Sponsor for Hotelier Maldives GM Forum 2026
ALIA is pleased to continue its partnership with Hotelier Maldives as an Associate Sponsor of the Hotelier Maldives GM Forum 2026, marking the fourth consecutive year of its participation in the forum. The 10th edition of the GM Forum will be held on 5th October 2026 at CROSSROADS Maldives under the theme, ‘Resilience and Reinvention: Talent, Technology & Transformation.’
The forum will bring together resort general managers, senior hospitality professionals, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to discuss the evolving operational and strategic priorities shaping the Maldivian tourism industry.
With a history spanning more than six decades, ALIA serves a wide range of industries in the Maldives, including tourism, marine, and construction. The company represents leading international brands such as Yamaha, Total Tools, and Kohler, providing products and services that support various operational requirements across the hospitality sector.
ALIA’s continued partnership with Hotelier Maldives also includes its support for the Hotelier Maldives Awards, with the company participating as an Associate Sponsor in 2026. Through its involvement in both platforms, ALIA continues to engage with industry leaders and support initiatives that contribute to the development of the Maldivian hospitality sector.
Commenting on the continued partnership, Ahmed Saeed, General Manager of ALIA, said, “Over the past four years, our partnership with Hotelier Maldives has allowed ALIA to stand behind two platforms that matter deeply to our hospitality industry: the Hotelier Maldives Awards, which celebrate the people behind its success, and GM Forum, which brings its leaders together to shape its direction. Tourism has always been central to the markets we serve, and staying closely connected with resort leadership helps us anticipate their evolving needs and respond with the right solutions. We are proud to continue this journey as Associate Sponsor of GM Forum 2026.”
This year’s GM Forum will explore how the hospitality industry can respond to changing workforce requirements, technological advancements, operational pressures, and the need to build greater organizational resilience.
ALIA looks forward to continuing its engagement with hospitality leaders and contributing to meaningful discussions on the future of tourism and hospitality in the Maldives.
